Ascend is our 3-week training program designed to teach new Watson Associates what the books can’t, straight from the experts, so you can reach new heights in your career. During the 3-week program, we have live-streaming classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Ascend Light is a lighter, on-demand version of our Ascend program specifically designed for agents transitioning to real estate who want to grow their business but cannot yet attend the base Ascend course. More The first step toward launching your real estate career as an agent is to take the 63-hour Pre-Licensing Sales Associate course, as required by the Florida Real Estate Commission and state of Florida. This live stream course allows you to log in from anywhere, view the live feed, and participate with the instructor as well as other students, just as a brick-and-mortar students would. Best yet, our live stream course comes with a textbook, printed review manual, electronic handouts, and 24/7 access to the online end-of-course exam. This class meets virtually three nights a week, from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm, for five weeks. After successful completing the course (not missing more than 8 instruction hours), we will enroll you for the online end-of-course exam, which must be completed withing a timely manner. You have the option for book pick up at one of our three locations (Corporate office in Jacksonville or our Heathrow office in Orlando). If you prefer, direct shipping is available via US Priority Mail (delivery may take up to 4 days) for a shipping and handling charge. This is the book and test needed to complete the 14 hour Continuing Education requirement for Florida Sales Associate License.
You can choose to pick up the book at our Jacksonville Corporate Office, Heathrow Office in Orlando, or Port St Lucie Office or you can choose the shipping and handling option to have the book shipped directly to you.
